This is my second year with Stanberry & Associates. I came to Austin in 1993 and have been enjoying this fabulous town and have been involved with real estate here ever since.

I specialize in residential property in the central Austin area, and am committed to providing clients with the highest level of service, from pricing through contract negotiations and closing.

My husband Jeff and I were the owners and general contractors for 112 West 32nd Street (The Ross-Black House), for which we were awarded the 1998 Austin Heritage Society award for best restoration of a residence. Our current residence was featured in the 2000 Historic Hyde Park Homes Tour. Jeff and I currently own and manage five central Austin properties (9 total rental units).

I hold both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees from the University of Washington in Seattle.
